Terms and Conditions of Booking
- All bookings must be made using a booking form and accompanied
by a non-refundable deposit cheque, made out to Camino Holidays.
- If the full cost of your holiday is more than £700
p.p. your deposit is £400 per person. If the full
cost of your holiday is less than £700 p.p. your deposit
is £300 per person.
- The balance of monies for your holiday must be paid no
later than 8 weeks prior to your holiday. You will be advised
of this date when we receive your booking form.
- If we do not receive your balance payment by the due date
we will assume that you are not taking your holiday and
will cancel your booking, retaining your deposit monies.
- The deposit payment must cover the entire number of clients
booking and all their booking details must be included in
the booking.
- Once your booking has been made, if you wish to book additional
people onto your holiday we will endeavour to accommodate
you if at all possible, but if we are unable to for any
reason, you will not be entitled to a refund on your original
booking.
- It is a condition of your booking that everyone in the
group takes out travel insurance and we reserve the right
to see details of your insurance.
- We guarantee that the price quoted for your holiday will
not increase, nor will any additional surcharges to be added
to it, unless you change the details of your holiday.
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- In the event that some of the people in your group are
forced to cancel their holiday, their holiday will not be
refunded but they may transfer their holiday to other people.
We will then require them to fill out a new booking form
with their details.
- In the event that your group are forced to cancel their
holiday you will be offered a choice between a full refund
and a similar holiday in the future. However, 10% of your
deposit monies will be kept by us for the work we have carried
out on your behalf.
- If we are forced to cancel a holiday due to unforeseen
circumstances (extreme weather conditions, industrial dispute,
natural disaster, threat of war etc) you will be offered
a choice between a full refund and an alternative and similar
holiday.
- We reserve the right to alter itineraries that have been
already sent out if the alteration is unavoidable. Any changes
will remain within the spirit and culture of the holiday.
- A number of the services we provide on holiday are owned
and run by suppliers. In the event that we are unhappy with
the service that they supply we reserve the right to alter
our supplier, which may mean an alteration to the holiday
itinerary. If clients are unhappy with our Spanish suppliers
they should report this to Camino Holidays.
- It is essential that all clients notify us in writing,
at the time of booking, if they suffer from any type of
condition or illness. Any special requirements, such as
special diet or allergies must also be put in writing to
us prior to the holiday or we may not be able to accommodate
their requirements once the holiday begins.
- Clients who have booked a Camino Holidays bespoke holiday
are responsible for ensuring that their passports are up
to date and in order.
