Easy guide to booking a Camino Holidays break!
Booking a bespoke holiday puts you in the driving seat when
it comes to creating your break. It’s just the same
as taking an independent holiday – but without the
hassle of having to research and book all the various things
you want to do. |
Help in deciding..
- Look at our website to see all the types of activities
we offer. Maybe you want to try something completely new
or improve and enjoy an existing hobby. Why not create
a holiday around several different activities?
- Think about the time of year you’d like
to go and don’t forget to look at the section “Festivals
of the Area” to see what might be going on while
you’re there.
- Look at our News and Updates page to see if there’s
a pre-organised holiday that you’d like to book onto
(if you’re going away on your own this is a good
option).
- Tell us your budget. It’s really useful
when we’re designing your holiday to know how much
you want to spend.
- Contact us by phone or email and we’ll
be happy to talk to you about holiday ideas - it doesn’t
mean you have to book a holiday!
- When we’ve agreed on what you want to do,
when you want to go and how much you want to spend we’ll
create a holiday itinerary, price it and send it to you.
- We don’t organise flights, but we can give
information about your closest airport, airports in Spain
and best prices, helping you to decide what flights are
best for you.
- Read through your itinerary and let us know if
you want to make any changes. When you’ve decided
on your final itinerary and agreed the price you can make
a booking.
- We’ll send you a booking form, a copy of
our terms and conditions and your holiday details. Send
the form back to us with your deposit cheque (spread the
cost of your holiday by paying in two instalments).
- When we’ve received your booking form and
deposit cheque we’ll send you a letter which confirms
our contract to supply your holiday.
- Send us the balance payment 8 weeks before your
holiday (which we’ll acknowledge) and 2 weeks before
your holiday begins we’ll send you a Holiday Information
Pack, with in-depth information about the area and your
holiday.
- When you arrive at the Spanish airport of your
choice, our representative will be there to meet you and
will drive you to your hotel. In your hotel room you’ll
find a Camino Holidays Welcome Pack with maps, guides and
magazines and then your wonderful holiday can really begin!
