About the area

Our holidays are based around the charming towns, mountains and beaches of South West Andalucia (Spain). This area includes the legendary city of Sevilla, the mountains of Grazalema and the beautiful Costa de la Luz (the coast of light), famous for its luminous light and clean quiet beaches.

Medina RuinOur holidays can either be based in either Jerez de la Frontera or Vejer de la Frontera or you can enjoy a two centre holiday.

Jerez de la Frontera is the birthplace of sherry and Flamenco. A charming and authentically unspoilt Spanish town, Jerez is 14kms from the sea, 1 hour from Sevilla and has excellent road, rail connections and a wonderful climate. All the sherry in the world is made in Jerez and the famous dancing horses of the Royal Equestrian School are bred and trained here.

Vejer de la Frontera is one of the loveliest and most photographed of the famous “pueblos blancos” (white mountain villages) and is only 10kms from the Costa de la Luz. Vejer is an ancient, tranquil and atmospheric village, but has excellent riding and action sports within a few minutes drive.
